2023年4月時点では画像生成機能の説明としてDALL・E 2.5が使われていることが書かれていましたが、

DALL・E 2.5 is a new AI system that creates realistic images and art from a text description. As DALL・E 2.5 is a new system, it may create things you didn’t expect. If you find a creation to be unexpected or offensive, send us feedback so we can make it better.

先ほど確認してみると、この文章が下記のように変更されていました。

DALL・E 3.0 is a new AI system that creates realistic images and art from a text description. As DALL・E 3.0 is a new system, it may create things you didn’t expect. If you find a creation to be unexpected or offensive, send us feedback so we can make it better.

さっそくDALL・E 2.5のときに使用したプロンプトを入力して画像生成してみると、明らかに品質が改善されていました。

すでにDALL・E 3が使われているBing Image Creatorで生成した画像と比較をしてもよく似た結果が出力されているのが分かります。

製品ページには「PREVIEW」表記があり、残念ながら2023年11月時点ではGAには至ってないようですが、Microsoft Designerファンの私にとってはDALL・E 3へのモデル変更は心待ちにしていたアップデートです！これからも便利にサービスを活用していこうと思います。
